When We Meet:
SINA groups meet for one hour for breakfast or lunch. All of us are professionals with busy schedules, so meetings begin and end 'on time' allowing members to proceed with their day.
Guests:
Guests are always welcome, and are either invited by SINA members, or just come on their own! Guests are requested to attend two meetings to become familiar with SINA procedures and members and to insure SINA is a 'good fit'. After attending two meetings, guests may initiate the membership process.
At Each Meeting:
- Guests are introduced and give a 15 - 30 second overview of their business. Guests may distribute business cards, but may not distribute literature.
- Members give a 15 - 30 second 'commercial' or overview of their business, one product or service, and their target market. For maximum effectiveness, each week's presentation should focus on a different business aspect.
- Members hand out business cards, possibly flyers and/or brochures.
- One member gives a 15-minute presentation that provides more detailed information about that business. There are always questions, too.
These procedures are proving very beneficial in providing a unified network of business professionals working together to help grow each other's business. In essence, every SINA member becomes a sales rep for your business!
